The most flexible of the available options & will require discussion. Let me know your sketch ideas & if they will feature one or two characters.
You can mix and match options. (eg. "I would like a bust of this char doing 'x', & a thigh-up of both chars doing 'x', & a fullbody of this char doing 'x'" etc...)

PAYMENT

  • Paypal (USD) Only.

  • Payment is requested via paypal invoice - 3.49% transaction fee will be added onto price during invoice preparation.

  • Full payment required up front please!

  • Tips not necessary, but appreciated ~ 🀍

ARTIST RIGHTS

  • I reserve full ownership over all artwork I produce.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission if I'm uncomfortable with the proposal or feel I don't have the capability to accept it.

  • I reserve the right to cancel/refund a commission at any time due to personal reasons or if I'm made to feel uncomfortable by the behaviour of the commissioner.

DO NOT

  • Claim the commissioned piece as your own work.

  • Take other people's commissions for your own use (unless you have acquired their explicit permission to do so.)

  • Sell the artwork.

REFUND POLICY

  • Full refund is only possible if the commission has not been started! (So please let me know asap if you need to withdraw.)

  • If the commission is in progress when you request a cancellation/refund, you will receive a partial refund and not the full amount.

  • 60% refund if in sketching stage / 30% refund if in inking stage / 10% refund if in colouring stage.

  • No refund is possible if the art is completed.

  • I will still send you your commissioned piece (w/ watermark) at whatever stage of completion was reached at the time of cancellation.

  • Any cancellations initiated by myself will be communicated to the commissioner.

HOW IT WORKS
+ ORDER FORM

PROCESS

  • You must be 18+ to commission me.

  • The 'Order Form' (below) is optional, but it's made up of questions I'll ask anyway, so I created it to make it easier for both of us information-wise. Send the filled out form to [email protected]

  • I'll let you know if there's a spot for you & we can discuss your idea/info if necessary.

  • I'll send you a link to the paypal invoice.

  • When the invoice is paid, I'll start working on your commission~!

  • I'll keep you updated through the process. If you think of something you’d like to add after I’ve started, ask me asap, I may be early enough in the process to accommodate whatever it is. (Ideally it should be during the sketching stage as that’s the easiest time to add stuff in, so don’t be afraid to ask c: )

  • Please take time to review the sketch to be sure of what you'd like to change so you can request it all at once. I'll edit the sketch a max of 3 times.

  • I'll send another update once the colours are blocked in. You can let me know if you'd like any colours changed, or if I missed anything (like markings or accessories.)

  • Please allow up to a month for delivery! You'll likely get it before then, but sometimes life comes at you fast and could delay the process. (I'll keep you updated if any issues arise.)

  • When it’s finished I’ll allow for a final pass (small fixes, tweaks, adding/changing text, etc).

  • Once it's handed over to you, please save the files to your computer so you don't lose them!

ORDER FORM

  • USERNAME: (@tumblr or w/e name you'd like to be tagged / addressed as. Remaining anon is perfectly fine too!)

  • COMMISSION TYPE: (eg. thigh-up + STYLE A)

  • IDEA / INFO: (Pls describe what you want the artwork to be; Such as expression / pose / setting or a fic excerpt if it's based on that.)

  • REFERENCES: (Pls provide visual refs esp for OCs, whether that's hair refs / clothing refs or past commissions of the OC. You can even attach a picrew of how you envision your OC if that's easier.)

  • EXTRA INFO: (Anything else you want to add. Special markings/scars, personality types etc.)

  • Can I post the finished piece to my social media? y/n

  • Can I tag you when I post the commission? y/n

NOTES / DETAILS

  • All commissions will be sent in the form of a digital file. No hard copy will be provided.

  • Don't be shy to ask for an update on your WIP if it's been a while since you've gotten one. ~

  • Commissioner may use the artwork for personal use, such as printing for decorative purposes / use as an icon or banner / etc.
